They are seeking an experienced Technical Writer / Communications Specialist to support the VA’s Digital Transformation Center by writing, editing, and distributing technical communications, as well as facilitating meetings and presentations with large audiences.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with stakeholders on platform-related communications which includes writing, editing, approval coordination, and distribution
Facilitating meetings and presentations to internal and external participants, including large audiences and government clients
Supporting program events such as PI Planning and drafting executive level communications summarizing those events
Being the POC for program level communications and working closely with Sprezzatura leadership to ensure the appropriate information is conveyed to the right audience in the best way possible
Hosting educational workshops regarding communication best practices and contract-specific communication requirements
Assisting with onboarding new personnel to the contract as well as new system integrators within the DTC space
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required)
Bachelor's degree in communications, technical writing, public relations, or similar. Experience and related certifications will be considered in lieu of degree
Minimum of 2 years previous experience supporting government agencies with special consideration given to applicants with VA experience
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and be familiar with Slack, Jira, and Confluence
Preferred
Graphic design experience a plus but not required
