Outside Sales Engineer
Flow Control Group is a leading solutions provider focused on technically oriented products and services for flow control, fluid handling, and industrial automation. They are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to support the Utah and southern Idaho territories, responsible for closing sales, coordinating activities, and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Close sales and secure orders for TMMI products
Coordinate sales activities for assigned accounts
Enter data consistently and accurately into CRM (Salesforce)
Develop and execute a market penetration plan to increase client base and revenue
Identify and acquire new customers for TMMI
Conduct cold-calling and set appointments with key contacts
Focus on relationship building, lead generation, and solution selling
Generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, cold-calling, etc.)
Stay informed on emerging and existing industrial IoT technology
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial automation or related fields
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect quickly with others
Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation
Proficient with general computer applications
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred
