Responsibilities
“Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
Complete resident and property service requests
Experience with or desire to learn skills such as: HVAC, painting, plumbing, Pool maintenance, grounds, Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc
Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
EPA or CPO certification a plus!
Must have valid Driver’s License
