Business Development Representative (Sales BDC)

They are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDC) to join their Sales Business Development team, where the role is critical to the dealership's growth and customer experience.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales leads via phone, text, email, and CRM
Set and confirm showroom appointments for the Sales team
Respond to internet, phone, and third-party leads quickly and professionally
Build value, overcome objections, and maintain control of the conversation
Follow up consistently with unsold prospects and missed opportunities
Accurately log all activity in the CRM
Work closely with Sales Managers to drive showroom traffic and results
Qualification
Required
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline
Comfortable with accountability, goals, and performance metrics
Preferred
Prior automotive BDC, sales, call center, or inside sales experience
CRM experience a plus (DriveCentric, VinSolutions, etc.)
