Responsibilities
Create and maintain user manuals, service manuals, installation guides, quick-start guides, and troubleshooting instruction documents
Translate complex technical information into clear, structured, user-friendly content
Manage documentation within structured content systems such as Atlassian Confluence with K15t apps (e.g., Scroll Docs, Scroll PDF Exporter)
Produce and update high-quality visuals using SolidWorks Composer (or similar software) based on 3D CAD files
Ensure all documentation is aligned with Ecorobotix brand standards, product terminology, and formatting guidelines
Stay aware of new tools and methods for delivering technical and useful content to final customers
Support the creation of technical videos and other multimedia content as needed
Participate in and support translation workflows, including tracking translation needs and coordinating related budgets
Maintain version control, change tracking, and documentation release processes
Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, engineering, and after-sales to ensure documentation reflects product changes and customer feedback
Publish documentation for external portals, dealer systems, and internal knowledge bases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Design, or related field
3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in machinery, robotics, hardware, AgTech, or industrial technology
Demonstrated ability to create structured, customer-facing documentation
Strong command of English writing, editing, and information design
Experience with Atlassian Confluence and K15t documentation tools
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience working with teams that use CAD tools such as SolidWorks or SolidWorks Composer
Ability to understand and synthesize complex technical concepts into clear user documentation
Preferred
Experience with structured content management or CCMS platforms is a plus
Experience supporting video-based instructional content is an advantage
Familiarity with multilingual documentation workflows and translation processes
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across international and cross-functional teams
High degree of independence, reliability, and proactive initiative
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Open-mindedness toward new technologies, tools, and documentation methodologies
