Responsibilities
Provide oversight of practice operations, ensuring optimal workflow processes with a focus on team support. Ensures a clinic culture is maintained in a positive and upbeat work environment for all caregivers
Works closely with Directors and Medical Group leadership to operationalize strategic initiatives and ensure realization of defined tactics
Oversees the operations of outreach clinics to ensure continued growth back to the organization
Assures effective and timely communications at various levels through the assigned work area, with a strong focus on provider, staff and patient relationships
Ensure timeliness of complaint reporting and working with system compliance/risk team
Ensures regulatory compliance is followed, including OSHA, Joint Commission, Nuclear Regulatory commission, CLIA, CAP, and other standards where applicable
Ensures adherence to all clinic policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree-Graduate of a Bachelor's degree from a school of nursing, Health, or business related degree
Clinical\BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire
3 Years of experience in a position with a health care organization
1 Year - Supervisory position
Preferred
Nursing\RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure in state, depending upon designated work location within 90 days of hire
Clinical\ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support IF working in an inpatient area in which ACLS is preferred within 90 days
Nursing\LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure in state, depending upon designated work location upon hire
CPME - Certified Medical Practice Executive - active and current
Paramedic State Licensure depending upon designated state work location
