Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll documentation
Coordinate the distribution and mailing of payroll checks and related materials
Maintain accurate payroll records and transaction logs
Support internal reporting and basic financial tracking
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and file organization
Handle all information with strict confidentiality and in compliance with company policies
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Personal computer and printer
