Required
At least 3 years Production Support experience
Planning and coordinating experience
Excellent communication skills – Oral and Written
Experience eliciting requirements from business and translate to technical needs
Experience in complex business systems both functional and technical
Experience with documenting bugs for fixes
Ability to create / generate reports on demand in Power BI and Excel
Preferred
Any experience with an international enterprise is a HUGE plus
Power Platform (Power App, Power Automate) is a BIG plus
