They are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support their land development and construction operations by managing documentation, coordinating software systems, and ensuring team accountability across multiple projects.

Responsibilities
Assist with land development documentation, including permits, approvals, applications, and compliance records
Organize and maintain digital and physical project files
Track deadlines related to development, inspections, and submissions
Support coordination with municipalities, consultants, and internal teams
Manage and maintain company project-management and construction software to ensure tasks, timelines, and responsibilities are up to date
Monitor project workflows and follow up with team members to keep items on track
Assist in setting up projects, updating schedules, and maintaining accurate records across systems
Help improve internal processes to support efficiency and accountability
Manage calendars, meetings, and internal communications
Prepare correspondence, reports, and project documentation
Serve as a point of contact needed
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an administrative, project coordination, or office management role
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable working with digital tools, software systems, and cloud-based platforms
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
Self-starter with strong follow-through and problem-solving ability
Preferred
Background in construction, real estate development, architecture, or engineering
Experience with project-management or construction software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, or similar)
Familiarity with permitting, land development, or municipal processes
