Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, cold calling, and networking
Conduct engaging virtual and in-person presentations to showcase our products/services and demonstrate their value to potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Building on newly established client relationships post sale, nurturing more mature business relationships within the client’s user base, driving utilization of PlanHub’s product platforms
Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
Upsell services and products with the brand image
Promote value through trust and customer experience
Responsible for the overall health, activation, and ongoing nurture of General Contractors on the PlanHub platform

Required

SaaS solutions - Construction space preferred
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of inbound sales experience
Working knowledge of current tech stack: GSuite, Zoom
Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence
Creative problem solving and strong analytical skills
Demonstrated grit, resilience, and tenacity with a track record of surpassing quotas or performance targets
Balanced thinking and action, long term strategic planning and short-term execution
Strong understanding of contact management and sales automation tools
Strong passion for customer service
Excellent organizational skills
