Responsibilities
Support the field action team with the end-to-end execution of Field Actions within a timely manner by collaborating with Quality, Reliability, Engineering and Legal
Author and publish all internal and external communications relating to Field Service Actions
Work closely with Service Engineering, Service Parts and Field Service to align on execution timelines and completion strategy
Lead education of Field Service staff relating to Field Service Actions
Assist with the operating and maintaining of reporting standards and guidelines related to regulatory compliance
Understand and interpret standards, laws, and regulations
Prepare, support, and maintain content for regulated submissions
Support other cross-functional initiatives in accordance with industry requirements
Qualification
Required
Relevant Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and training
3+ years in a Program or Project Management capacity, preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects across varying geographic locations simultaneously
Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment
Proven technical knowledge and ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers
Knowledge of lemon law, and legislative bills that have a direct effect on After-Sales/Service, such as Right to Repair
Experience working in a manufacturing / production environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Excellent written and oral communication skills to explain complex problems to a vast audience
Possesses passion to provide exceptional customer service and ownership experience
Understanding of state and federally regulated agencies, such as DVSA, MOT, NHTSA, DOT, FMVSS, BAR, etc.; in addition to international standards
Ability and willingness to travel up to <5% of the time
Ability to stand or sit for 8-10 hours per day
Required to communicate using telephone and/or e-mail
Ability to view, reach, and interpret documents
Preferred
3+ years in a Program or Project Management capacity, preferred
Experience in Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Excel or SQL is a plus
