Responsibilities
Manage Hub Operations - Manage the workflow for the Hub and related systems. Leverage key metrics to stay on plan and identify any issues impacting the operations to drive efficient and effective operational performance
Manage Key Performance Indicators - Manage Key Performance Indicators: Drive performance across KPI’s such as on-time delivery, days to pick up, OT, Regional financial metrics, and safety statistics
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
5+ years of relevant experience overseeing store or facility operations
Technical knowledge of large equipment, safety requirements and DOT regulations preferred
Must be exceptionally self-disciplined, and possesses a strong work ethic, teamwork and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Rental Hub Managers are accountable for ensuring associate engagement and Home Depot values-based leadership
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workloads to drive efficient operations
Knowledge of construction equipment commonly used in the rental industry (earthmoving, aerial, compaction, lawn & garden, etc.)
Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial data
Proficient computer skills include Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics CRM, Sales Force, Excel, smartphone and tablets
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
3 years of work experience
5 years of leadership experience
