The role involves providing analytical support to develop funding requirements for Army-wide training programs and ensuring effective contract management and execution.

Responsibilities
Serves as the COR’s point of contact for all matters pertaining to contract management and execution
Determines the appropriate tools software products needed to efficiently and effectively perform the tasks of the contract
Has full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract
Assist and support the Army Training Models contract with the following tasks:
Software maintenance
Software development
Training
Custom Analysis
Staff Support
Provide assistance and support to the Army Training Models contract with these specified tasks:
Populate, Update Per Capita Rates, and Reconcile data
Support Army modernization (ReARMM)
Mobilization Common Operating Picture (MODCOP) development
Provide Subject Matter Expertise with Operations and Research Staff Support
Available during normal business hours except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience analyzing the interrelationships between logistics policies and training resource requirements
10+ years demonstrated successful experience with the program and budget packaging methodologies used with HQDA
Possess a thorough knowledge, and experience, with the applications used on this project (cTRM/BLTM/cITRM/cATRM/cMRM) and recognized experience working with all three compos of the Army in both raining and resource management arenas
Familiarity with Army doctrine, Army, and Reserve component acronyms
A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Management
Requires a TS/SCI Clearance
