Responsibilities
Participate in rotational assignments within Operations (12-month assignments by location)
Lead and support projects in:
Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement
Quality Control & Continuous Improvement
Supply Chain & Operational Productivity
Plant, technology, and process improvements
Engineering and new product development
Work cross-functionally with engineers, supervisors, planners, and operations teams
Present project outcomes to senior leadership and executive sponsors
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel and relocate
Strong interest in a career in operations management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, Aeronautical, Supply Chain, or related)
