Troubleshooting routers, switches, servers, endpoints
Manage ServiceNow incidents/changes
Remote network surveillance
Coordinate with engineers & communicate with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
1+ years troubleshooting IP networks
Strong knowledge of IP networking, VPN, BGP, MPLS, SIP
Experience reading network diagrams (Visio)
Strong documentation & communication skills
Preferred
Network+ or CCNA
ITIL
NOC/Call Center experience
AWS cloud monitoring
