Responsibilities
Facilitate new hire orientation and assist in delivering ongoing training programs
Communicate company guidelines, programs, and benefits in a clear and supportive manner
Support the development and rollout of department-specific initiatives, as well as broader organizational HR programs
Maintain personnel records, HR dashboards, bulletin board updates, attendance logs, and trackers related to recruitment and exits
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc HR reports with accuracy and timeliness
Contribute to broader HR and organizational goals by handling assigned projects and tasks effectively
Qualification
Required
Two years of college education or equivalent preferred
2–4 years of hands‑on experience in a human resources role
Solid understanding of state and federal employment regulations
Strength in relationship building, business partnering, and cross‑functional collaboration
Experience in talent acquisition and candidate management
Strong analytical, time‑management, and prioritization capabilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with high attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, action‑oriented approach
Expertise in EEO/Title VII compliance, including investigations and formal responses
Proficiency in MS Office and HR‑related databases (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Strong listening skills and ability to engage with employees at all levels
Preferred
Background in industries such as airlines, transportation, hospitality, manufacturing, or food services is a strong advantage
