As an Individual Contributor, you’ll be the face of BASIC in your territory — building and maintaining relationships with independent insurance agents, brokers, and financial professionals
You’ll sell: Benefit Accounts (FSA, HSA, HRA, Lifestyle & Fringe), COBRA Administration, Compliance Solutions

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of B2B sales success — preferably in benefits, insurance, or compliance
Experience with consultative/relationship-based sales
Valid driver's license for partner visits
