Execute: Learn and master the art of direct-to-consumer sales (prospecting, pitching, and closing)
Manage: Oversee a specific residential territory in the Greater Chattanooga area
Compete: Participate in daily team competitions and incentives
Grow: attend daily training sessions on negotiation, wealth management, and leadership
Qualification
Required
