Responsibilities
Serving as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and overall satisfaction across the dealership
Taking and processing customer payments accurately while maintaining proper reconciliation
Supporting sales, service, and finance with customer communication, appointment coordination, and departmental organization
Explaining documents to customers and assisting with the closing process
Inputting customer information accurately into the application system
Conducting basic sales presentations to help customers understand program benefits, requirements, and next steps
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer service or service department environments with responsibilities involving customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Experience supporting sales or finance teams through customer communication, appointment management, or departmental workflow organization
Demonstrated ability to handle payment processing, basic bookkeeping, and reconciliation tasks accurately
Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and the ability to maintain professionalism in fast-paced situations
Experience working some evening and Saturday hours
