Responsibilities

Own and drive overall revenue strategy, pipeline health, forecasting, and attainment
Define and execute a scalable go-to-market model across target segments and buyer personas
Partner with Marketing and Product to refine positioning, messaging, and sales enablement
Establish disciplined sales processes, metrics, and operating rhythms
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization
Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent with a focus on accountability, coaching, and performance
Set clear expectations, quotas, and success metrics aligned to company growth goals
Lead and support complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles
Develop strong executive-level relationships with customers and strategic partners
Personally engage in key deals as needed, especially during critical negotiations and close stages
Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure strong onboarding, retention, and expansion
Partner with Product and Data teams to align roadmap priorities with customer and market needs
Provide market feedback and insights to inform product innovation and company strategy

Required

15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with 5+ years in a senior executive role
Proven track record of scaling revenue in healthcare, Life Sciences, health tech, data, analytics, or SaaS
Experience selling complex, consultative, enterprise solutions
Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing sales teams
Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
Executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
Data-driven and metrics-oriented
Collaborative, hands-on leader comfortable operating in a growth environment
