Responsibilities
Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation documents
Manage case files, deadlines, and court calendars
Assist with discovery, including document review, productions, and summaries
Support depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement conferences
Conduct legal and factual research as directed
Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
Provide trial and hearing support as needed
Qualification
Required
Paralegal certificate or equivalent litigation experience
3+ years of employment or personal injury experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with e-filing and litigation support tools
Must be based in CA
