Responsibilities
Depending on business need the internship will be supporting Project Management, Estimating or Field work
As a Project Management intern, you will assist in the day-to-day Project Management activities to ensure our projects and delivered on time and on budget. Typical responsibilities include managing submittals and RFIs, tracking procurement and change order documentation and assisting in project close out
As an Estimating intern you will work with our Estimating and Preconstruction team to develop estimates and budgets for our clients. You will work with subcontractors to ensure pricing and coverage for our projects, assist in scope writing on a variety of trades and attend bid reviews with our internal partners
As a Field intern, you will work closely with a seasoned Superintendent on one of our local job sites. Our field interns often manage daily reports, assist in monitoring and enforcing site safety protocols and coordinate punch list activities
Qualification
Required
A rising Junior or Senior working towards a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Mechanical Engineering, etc
There are no specific major requirements, however these are the most relevant
