Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end technology workstream project management for assigned initiatives
Coordinate and drive alignment across:
Product vendors
Service vendors
Internal SCE stakeholders / business partners
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan using Microsoft Project
Track and manage project scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and issues
Ensure execution across multiple SCE teams and technology domains
Provide weekly status reports at regular intervals to:
Operational team
Management / leadership
Coordinate and manage activities related to:
Service Transition Planning & Support
Quality Design and Architecture Review Team processes
Support SCE project governance requirements and ensure alignment to SCE processes
Ensure consistent follow-ups, proactive communication, and timely resolution of blockers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7–12 years of IT Project Management experience
Strong IT Project Management skills including planning, execution, and control
Experience in Process Management
Familiarity with SCE processes (or ability to learn quickly and adapt)
Strong working experience using Microsoft Project for comprehensive project planning
Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Preferred
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly proactive with strong ownership mindset
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience coordinating service transition activities
Familiarity with IT quality design/architecture governance processes
