Responsibilities
Communicates timely any potential credit hold situations involving key customers and/or projects
Runs A/R aging report weekly to monitor past due accounts and facilitate collection efforts
Creates and distributes customer statements monthly
Communicated with customers as needed to collect outstanding balances and update accounts
Alerts manager of significant past due balances, as well as customer feedback that could impact future orders and business
Maintains metrics on past due balances for key customer accounts, or other metrics upon request
Assists with audit requests related to collections
Qualification
Required
