Vice President Business Development
ibex is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Business Development with expertise in cultivating new business opportunities within their existing customer base. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic relationship building and effective communication, while maximizing customer lifetime value and expanding market presence.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on expanding revenue streams from current customers
Identify and prioritize key accounts with significant growth potential, leveraging data-driven insights and market analysis
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including C-level executives, to understand their business objectives and challenges
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer pain points and aligning our solutions to address their needs
Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored solutions and value propositions that resonate with existing customers
Lead negotiations for contract renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven track record of success in business development roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth from existing customers
Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer value
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
