Responsibilities
Produce geospatial and all-source intelligence and analytic products
Assist in data acquisition, geospatial layer management, and quality control of GIS datasets
Perform metadata tagging, source verification, and initial processing of geospatial research inputs
Support dashboard updates, map production, and research documentation efforts
Produce and curate country and regional pages in EDA
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or two (2) years of equivalent experience creating geospatial analytic products or supporting DoD geospatial and all-source analysis and production
Experience performing geospatial or all source analysis, research, and production
Demonstrated experience developing and applying AI/ML, data quality, data enrichment, data stewardship, and research processes and techniques
Demonstrated proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems and data steward tools, catalogs, techniques, and processes
Demonstrated proficiency stewarding data using NIST, DoD, IC regulations, policies, and best practices
Demonstrated understanding of analytic requirements
Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks
US citizenship, along with the ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases
Preferred
Esri GIS certifications in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Rest API; Python, R, JSON, HTML/XML, SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and All Source Intelligence analytic methodology
Portuguese or Spanish language skills
Experience with government IT programs and environments
