Qualification
Required
5+ years of work experience
Experience in leading and scaling post-sale organizations
Ability to manage the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals
Experience transitioning Account Management functions into Customer Success organizations
Ability to ensure clients derive maximum value from regulatory data and research
Experience serving as a bridge between technical data delivery and business outcomes
Ability to transform complex data streams into competitive advantages for clients
Experience running workshops, lunch-and-learns, and webinars for customer education
