Responsibilities
Monitoring, research, and response of all Navy IPV North Island Customer Inquiries
Physical checks of all bins in question
On-site POC for all QSR items
Reporting all QSR’s to the Material Planner
Placing discrepant material, the DD1348, and copies of the reports in an appropriate zip lock bag and placing on the nonconforming shelf
Waiting for a response by email and following through with completion of the QSR per given instructions
Performing periodic audits of non-conforming material in coordination with Material Planner
Assisting in the daily retrieval of stock transfers to help fill empty bins
Qualification
Required
High School diploma
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
