Senior Graphic Designer
Sauder Manufacturing Co. is the largest ready-to-assemble furniture manufacturer in the U.S., seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to drive the look and feel of their marketing and communications. The role involves creating designs for various platforms while maintaining brand integrity and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities
Champion the Sauder brand – Maintain and advance our brand positioning across all communications
Lead the creative charge – Provide design leadership and art direction for internal teams and external partners
Create stunning visuals – Design everything from websites and digital content to packaging, brochures, and corporate identity projects
Private Brand - Execute private brand packaging, photography, and digital content, adhering to established guidelines
Innovate with tech – Stay ahead of the curve with new content technologies and design trends
Collaborate & connect – Work with photographers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver top-notch creative solutions
Quality control – Perform press checks and ensure every piece meets our high standards
Keep us running smoothly – Oversee graphic arts equipment and manage software/hardware upgrades
Qualification
Required
A creative visionary with a strong design portfolio
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Illustrator, In-design, Lightroom, and Photoshop required
Experience in art direction, digital design, and print production
A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
Preferred
Premiere preferred
Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3D Studio Max or Blender preferred
Experience with photography and/or video capture, production, and color correction preferred
