This role supports the Accounting and Finance department with a focus on costing, financial analysis, and general accounting support.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations in a manufacturing environment
Assist with cost accounting, including tracking material, labor, and overhead costs
Help analyze production costs, variances, and margins
Partner with operations and leadership to provide financial insights and reporting
Assist with month-end close activities (journal entries, reconciliations, accruals)
Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist with inventory accounting and cycle counts
Help improve processes, controls, and reporting accuracy
Provide general accounting and finance support as needed
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Cost Accounting
Solid understanding of costing concepts (standard costing, job costing, variance analysis, etc.)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred
Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
