Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury case management
Draft and manage correspondence, legal documents, and case-related filings
Organize and maintain digital and physical case files using document management software
Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and courts
Schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances
Provide administrative and logistical support to attorneys as needed
Qualification
Required
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Professional demeanor with excellent phone and interpersonal etiquette
Highly self-motivated, organized, and dependable
Tech-savvy and comfortable using legal case management and document systems
Preferred
Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred but not required
