Responsibilities
Create graphics for web-based platforms, such as WordPress and Shopify, including web banners, display ads, social posts, and campaign assets
Design and update print materials such as catalogs, flyers, brochures, postcards, direct mail pieces, and newsletters
Develop event/tradeshow graphics including banners and pop-up displays
Contribute concepts and creative direction for new campaigns and outreach efforts
Support website and marketing updates (basic design updates, email marketing graphics, and social content)
Manage multiple projects across departments and keep work organized and on schedule
Maintain clear communication and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Help track and organize inventory of marketing materials and event equipment
Assist with tradeshows and events when necessary
Qualification
Required
BA in Graphic Design/Visual Communication or related field. 3+ years of equivalent graphic design experience is acceptable
2+ years of additional professional experience
Online portfolio showcasing relevant design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in both team and independent settings
Preferred
InDesign experience
Basic understanding of WordPress and Shopify
Photography and video skills
Basic HTML knowledge
