Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
Build and optimize backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and integrate AI models and APIs
Design and implement frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next.js
Manage cloud infrastructure and deploy applications on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure (Azure preferred)
Utilize Terraform or similar tools for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage cloud resources
Optimize databases and data storage solutions using PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
Work cross-functionally with product managers, AI engineers, and UX designers to bring AI-driven applications to market
Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes
Ensure security best practices are followed in application architecture and development
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable
Maintain best practices in software engineering
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience with JavaScript, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6, React, Vue.js, and Next.js
2+ years of professional experience with TypeScript
4+ years of professional experience with React, including familiarity with React Server Components
Proficient in Python development, with hands-on experience using FastAPI for backend services
Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Git version control
A solid understanding of how to build and interact with RESTful APIs, databases, and other back-end technologies
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux
Experience with deployment and/or machine learning solutions to at least one of the following cloud providers: Google Cloud, Azure, AWS (Azure preferred), and React applications
Familiarity with Terraform or similar infrastructure management tools
Familiarity with LLMs and AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph is highly desirable
Strong API development experience, including integrating AI models into production systems
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience working in collaborative, iterative development environments
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex systems involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Excellent debugging and optimization skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, scalable solutions
Preferred
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or large language models (LLMs)
Experience with NextJS and its app directory routing structure
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for machine learning workflows
Knowledge of data engineering tools and techniques for preprocessing large datasets
Familiarity with TailwindCSS and headless-ui frameworks
