Responsibilities
Process and validate provider payroll, including salary, productivity, bonuses, and contract-based compensation
Review and reconcile payroll data for accuracy before submission
Support month-end close activities related to provider compensation
Reconcile payroll, general ledger, and compensation reports
Assist with provider contract tracking and compensation calculations
Partner with HR and Operations to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries
Maintain detailed documentation and audit support for payroll processes
Assist leadership with compensation analysis and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or provider compensation
Strong understanding of payroll accounting and reconciliations
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong Excel skills (reconciliations, reporting, analysis)
Preferred
Experience with multi-entity or multi-state payroll
Healthcare or physician group experience is a plus
