Responsibilities
Promotes the organization’s banking financial services suitable for the client based on profiling, identifying client’s needs, and partnering with specialists throughout the enterprise
Understands client’s needs and assists them with a full range of expanded financial services to include banking, small business, commercial banking, treasury management, and lending
Participates as a team member with responsibility for achieving individual goals and objectives to successfully meet financial center business plan
Consistently meets/exceeds customer experience and individual/team production goals and enhances year-over-year revenue growth
Partners with all lines of business including commercial, and multifamily lending groups
Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence
Adheres to established policies and procedures while opening/servicing the full range of Retail products
Exceeds client expectations by taking ownership and accountability of the client and making the client’s needs a priority
Provides support to financial center managers or relationship managers as important client service team member and serves as an advisor to the client’s ongoing financial needs
Qualification
Required
3+ years of retail banking experience with a strong business development background
Skilled in assisting small business clients and opening new accounts, with a focus on personalized service
Proven ability to acquire, retain, and deepen client relationships through consultative engagement and tailored financial solutions
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments
3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
Preferred
Fluent in English, with bilingual proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin
Vocational and/or Technical Education Preferred
