Compare system records against legal file copies; verify versions, attachments, and key terms
Correct, upload, and update contract documents and metadata
Enter licensing agreements into Octane5, ensuring all licensing data is properly captured
Provide weekly progress reports and a final audit reconciliation summary
Qualification
Required
Licensed attorney with 1–3 years' experience or a highly skilled paralegal
Strong contract review or contract management experience
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working independently
10-year employment history
Preferred
Experience with C365 or similar contract systems
