Human Resources Coordinator
C&N is a financial institution dedicated to creating value through lifelong relationships with customers and communities. They are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist with daily HR operations, including maintaining employee data, supporting benefit administration, and responding to employee inquiries.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing timely, friendly assistance. Draft and distribute HR communications such as Wellness updates, People Monthly content, and department announcements
Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations for new hires, life events, and open enrollment. Assist employees with benefit questions and coordinate COBRA activity while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coordinate employee leaves of absence, including FMLA, Military Leave, STD, and LTD. Work closely with employees, leaders, and third-party administrators to ensure proper documentation and tracking while maintaining confidentiality
Process HR-related invoices, reconcile payments, and support timely resolution of discrepancies
Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and personnel files. Support reporting, audits, and special HR projects as needed
Partner with the HR team to provide exceptional internal service and contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements
Deliver service that reflects C&N’s Customer Service Standards in every interaction
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Customer service mindset and team-oriented approach
Resourcefulness: Efficiently utilizes resources, manages multiple tasks to achieve goals, and leverages organizational knowledge for effective results
Instills Trust: Maintains integrity, follows through on commitments, and earns credibility through consistent actions

Preferred
1–2 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, customer service, or administrative work preferred
Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms
