Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair slot machines and associated equipment, including ticket redemption and token dispensing units
Install, convert, and modify slot machines and related components to support operational needs
Perform jackpot checks and assist with hopper fills in compliance with established procedures
Stay current on slot machine technology, repair techniques, and new equipment through ongoing learning
Accurately document work performed and follow all departmental, property, and regulatory guidelines
Support overall casino operations by responding promptly to service calls and technical issues
Qualification
Required
1+ years of prior relevant experience in slot repair or experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude with attention to detail
Open to working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
