Helpdesk Analyst
IDR, Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join one of their top clients in Atlanta, GA. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for end users in a secure, state government environment, along with opportunities for full-time conversion after six months.

Responsibilities
Provide computer hardware and software support to end users
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network issues
Respond promptly to support requests via phone, email, and personnel interactions
Document, track, and monitor problems ensuring timely resolution
Assist with imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
Qualification
Required
Experience with Active Directory and VPNs
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware on PCs, laptops, and printers
Knowledge of imaging software such as SCCM and experience with Windows 10 and 11
Strong customer service skills and eagerness to learn
Ability to lift 20-30 lbs regularly and work 100% onsite
