Required

Proven senior operator with experience scaling small to mid-sized organizations
Strong financial and analytical skills with a track record of growth and margin discipline
Demonstrated commercial and sales leadership experience, including partnering with Sales to build pipeline discipline, improve forecasting, and drive revenue performance (direct and/or channel/partner models)
Experience leading or overseeing HR functions, including talent development, performance management, and organizational design
Ability to build repeatable processes, reporting, and management cadence
Experience operating in environments requiring operational maturity and integration readiness
Exceptional leadership, judgment, and communication capabilities
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

MBA preferred
Experience in technology, hardware, data security, or regulated industries strongly preferred
