This role is responsible for driving safety, efficiency, quality, cost control, and delivery excellence in a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multi-site operations within your assigned region (North or South)
Drive operational excellence through KPI management, Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, EHS, Procurement, and Supply Chain
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Develop and mentor Plant Managers and operations leadership teams
Own budgets, labor planning, and capital expenditures
Support new site startups, expansions, and integration efforts
Report operational performance directly to executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
Proven multi-site operational leadership
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and operational KPIs
Demonstrated ability to lead through change and scale operations
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA or Engineering)
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments
