Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end process improvement projects
Ensure recruiting processes are optimized, scalable, and aligned with best practices
Develop and manage internal audit programs to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Manage corrective actions for process breaches
Partner with TA leaders and HR stakeholders to align initiatives and share best practices
Communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership
Design and deliver training programs to upskill TA teams
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness
Ensure recruitment data security and compliance with global standards
Maintain robust documentation of processes, policies, and standards to support automation and AI initiatives
Establish and manage change control processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Quality, or a related field
Proven track record in process improvement and compliance
