Responsibilities
Lead, plan, produce, implement, and analyze internal and external communications strategies and tactics
Support communications across multiple functional areas including technical writing, public relations, and corporate communications
Interpret complex issues and present information clearly, adapting style, tone, and messaging for different audiences and channels
Own and manage the enterprise content portfolio, including print and digital content for internal and external stakeholders
Maintain a global view of all content related to the corporate brand and business unit brands
Research, write, and edit content for a wide range of deliverables, including:
Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Technical documentation
White papers and research reports
Case studies and customer testimonials
Product and marketing brochures
Advertising materials and email campaigns
Presentations, executive speeches, and major internal announcements
Video and animation scripts
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including vendors, agencies, and channel partners
Build and maintain a pipeline of case studies and references by partnering with project executives and consulting teams
Collaborate with strategic external partners (e.g., analysts, consultancies) to license content and co-develop white papers or research materials
Consult with Line of Business leaders to understand industry trends, insights, and customer needs, translating them into effective communications
Identify cross-team impacts and communicate needs and dependencies to peers and leadership
Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
Support community involvement initiatives through research and creative proposal development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in communications roles supporting multiple content types and audiences
Portfolio of completed communications projects required
Strong writing, editing, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to groups
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, timely results
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and desktop publishing applications
Experience with flowcharts and documentation tools
Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate internal and external resources
