Responsibilities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year-end closing cycles
Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting requirements
Support transition to public-company standards, including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance
Assist with internal control implementation and coordination with external auditors
Execute comprehensive cost accounting functions for electronics manufacturing, including:
Standard costing
Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis
Variance investigation
Inventory valuation
Serve as a functional lead for SAP ERP finance module process improvements and data integrity
Liaise with international subsidiaries to ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations and adherence to global accounting policies
Develop and maintain accounting policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal control frameworks
Mentor and review work of junior accounting staff
Contribute to departmental strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within electronics or automotive manufacturing
Advanced hands-on experience with SAP ERP (mandatory)
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SOX 404, and multinational financial reporting requirements
Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is required
Preferred
A secondary degree in Engineering or a technical field is strongly preferred due to manufacturing focus
Spanish proficiency is a strong plus
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) strongly preferred
