Responsibilities
Process broker onboarding agreements and commission payments with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Perform ad hoc analysis on large datasets to resolve broker issues and operational discrepancies
Analyze team KPIs and performance metrics; identify trends and improvement opportunities
Prepare and deliver reports for Sales Leadership, Finance, and other key stakeholders
Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to leadership to support channel strategy
Support implementation of reporting, system, and process enhancements to scale broker operations
Collaborate cross-functionally while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: High-volume transaction processing or billing, Back-office or operations support, Operations analysis and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work accurately under deadlines in a transactional environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Economics, Finance, or Business a plus)
Experience in the energy industry or regulated/deregulated utility markets
Advanced Excel skills; experience with PowerBI or similar reporting tools
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Understanding of process controls, policies, and operational procedures
