Mid, Senior LevelDatasage Technologies is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Node.js, Strapi CMS, and React.js. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while acting as the onshore engineering lead during US business hours.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js (TypeScript)
Build and extend Strapi CMS content models, custom plugins, and APIs to support business requirements
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with a focus on scalability, security, and performance
Work with PostgreSQL for schema design, query optimization, and data integrity
Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality React.js applications
Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and CMS-driven content
Ensure consistency, performance, and usability across browsers and devices
Support application deployments and integrations on AWS (RDS, S3, CloudFront, Cognito)
Implement authentication and authorization flows using OAuth and Cognito
Use Redis for caching and performance optimization
Containerize applications using Docker and support CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and releases
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks in production environments
Act as the onshore engineering point of contact during US business hours
Handle production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolutions
Escalate issues to clients and internal stakeholders with clear communication and action plans
Coordinate closely with offshore development teams to ensure alignment, delivery, and release readiness
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices
Work closely with DevOps, QA, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality features
Support testing, release planning, and post-release validation
Debug complex production issues and proactively improve system reliability
Contribute to documentation, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Node.js with TypeScript
Strapi CMS (customization, plugins, APIs)
React.js
REST API design and integration
PostgreSQL
AWS: RDS, S3, CloudFront, Cognito
Redis
Docker & CI/CD pipelines
Authentication & OAuth
Performance optimization and caching strategies
Preferred
Experience working in onshore–offshore delivery models
