The role involves providing application/system support and assisting in resolving client issues, while also participating in the installation and upgrade of business applications.

Responsibilities

Provides day-to-day application/system support
Participates in resolving client applications/system issues
May support the installation, configuration, upgrade of business applications/systems in co-ordination with appropriate stakeholders
Participates and contributes to change control, capacity planning and security
Performs basic problem determination

Qualification

Computer Technical degreeLaptop desktop repairAsset management experienceManufacturer warranty coursesProblem determination

Required

Computer Technical degree or certificate
ability to pass manufacturer warranty courses for hardware repair
High level understanding for laptop desktop repair
Asset management experience
Required to travel between Campus buildings and offices in the surrounding area
Ability to travel to other Campus locations out of state
Support full operational hours available 8am-8pm
Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
2-3 years relevant experience
