Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance team in maintaining the physical integrity of a multimillion dollar, multifamily apartment home community
Diagnose and fix issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliance, structural, lighting, and security systems
Anticipate problems that residents might have before they occur
Serve as the community’s point person for creating a worry-free living environment
Lead a team of technicians in performing routine preventive maintenance and making timely repairs
Share wisdom and insights with the team, prioritize tasks, and motivate them to excel
Oversee and inspect the team’s work and perform tasks as necessary
Track and assign resident service requests and preventive maintenance records
Manage service vendors, maintenance budget, and supplies inventory
