Responsibilities
Develop and own multi-year business plans for assigned technology partners, including revenue goals, joint solutions, and market expansion strategies
Define and implement GTM strategies, integrated campaigns, and co-sell motions with partners to drive pipeline and revenue
Build and maintain C-level relationships within partner organizations to ensure strategic alignment and collaboration
Work closely with the Product-Led Technology Alliances team to align on roadmap priorities, co-innovation opportunities, and joint solution development
Set and track revenue targets, pipeline metrics, and KPIs for partner-driven initiatives
Educate internal teams on partner solutions and GTM motions; act as a thought leader for strategic alliances
Qualification
Required
10+ years in technology alliances, business development, or partner leadership roles within enterprise software or cloud ecosystems
Experience managing partnerships with GitHub, Atlassian, NVIDIA, or similar developer and AI ecosystems
Familiarity with partner programs and co-sell motions in enterprise software
Preferred
Proven ability to build strategic business plans and execute GTM strategies with measurable outcomes
Strong understanding of SaaS, observability, DevOps, and cloud-native technologies
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills
