Responsibilities

Operational Assessment: Evaluate the newly established operational infrastructure to identify immediate challenges, gaps, required deliverables, resource needs, and organizational priorities
Process Improvement: Pinpoint areas to implement processes and identify any gaps in communication or tool usage that may impede effective collaboration. Examples include setting a delivery cadence and charter for the various updates to senior leadership (narrative, weekly reports, etc.)
Framework Development: Create a structured framework and cadence for stakeholder engagement, providing a short-term organizational project management approach that clearly assigns responsibilities, sets realistic deadlines, and establishes regular check-ins for accountability and tracking progress
Transition to Stakeholder Independence: As stakeholders gain autonomy, the project management model will shift toward independent stakeholder management, utilizing a standard internal communications framework for reference

Required

Demonstrate strong organizational skills, emphasizing process and structure over subject matter expertise

Support meeting preparation with PowerPoint slides (consolidating content across stakeholders, copy edits), Excel worksheets
Display a measured, mature, organized, and polished approach to stakeholder communication and collaboration
Ability to leverage proven methodologies and draw on effective practices from previous experience, such as work at Adobe or a similar environment
Software: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Slack, Workfront
AI Knowledge/skills will be key to driving efficiency and speed
